democracy is not a spectator sport.
Campaign 2025 Has Begun!
Ballots for local elections — including City Council and School Board — will be arriving soon. Please vote and return your ballot as soon as possible!
These local races matter. The officials we elect this year will determine how federal budget cuts impact our cities, classrooms, and freedoms. Your vote helps ensure our community can stand strong and push back against harmful decisions made at higher levels of government.
Casting A Ballot
How Voting Works in Larimer County
In Larimer County, voting is easy and secure. Starting October 10, voters can drop off their mail ballots 24/7 at any official drop box through 7:00 PM on Election Day, November 4. Prefer to vote in person or need assistance? Voter Service and Polling Centers (VSPCs) open October 27 and offer in-person voting, voter registration, ballot replacement, and ADA-accessible machines. Every eligible voter can choose the method that works best for them. Learn more at larimer.gov/elections.
Ballots must be returned to the County Clerk by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day. A postmark on Election Day does not count unless the ballot is physically in the hands of the County Clerk by 7:00 p.m. There are several ways to return your ballot.
